Helena Christensen's got the look, but she might not be a model tenant. The supermodel was sued Thursday by a neighbor who says she's tired of the noise that allegedly reverberates from a deck that Christensen added on to her home in New York's West Village. In a complaint filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, Fran Panasci states that the wooden deck also blocks out sunlight and has damaged her property. Going one step further, Panasci's attorney, Elizabeth Harrington, told the New York Daily News that the unwelcome add-on blocks all light and "all air" from her client's residence. "I had hoped we could settle this, but Ms. Christensen left us with no choice," she said. Panasci is seeking $1.75 million in damages and wants the deck ripped out. Rep Jason Deyonker said Friday that the Danish-born beauty has tried every step of the way to appease Panasci and is in "complete compliance." An engineer hired to assess the structure and ensure that it would cause no further problems has deemed it legally sound, Deyonker said. Panasci's home is on Charles St., cattycorner to Christensen's pad on Hudson St., where the "Wicked Game" muse also co-owns a clothing and interior design shop called Butik with fellow Dane Leif Sigerson.
