China Shocked at Border Officer's Acquittal

Chinese businesswoman Zhao Yan, shwon in photo on July 24th 2004, was attacked by U.S. federal immigration officer Robert Rhodes in July 21st. Officer Robert Rhodes, mistakenly believing the woman standing nearby was involved, allegedly sprayed her with pepper spray, threw her against a wall, kneed her in the head as she knelt on the ground and struck her head on the ground while holding her hair, according to witnesses.
