Bernanke says Fed may extend Wall Street lending

Siemens cutting 17K jobs worldwide to cut costs
FRANKFURT, Germany - Industrial conglomerate Siemens AG said Tuesday it will cut 16,750 jobs, or 4.2 percent of its global work force, to streamline operations and slice nearly $2 billion in costs in the face of a slowing economy.

Anheuser-Busch sues InBev over takeover attempt
NEW YORK (Reuters) - Anheuser-Busch Cos Inc (BUD.N) sued InBev NV (INTB.BR) in an effort to stop its Belgian-Brazilian suitor from taking any more steps to replace the U.S. brewer's board of directors, which had rejected a $46.3 billion takeover offer from InBev.
