Betancourt sends message to jungle hostages
PARIS (AFP) - Colombian politician Ingrid Betancourt sent a radio message Sunday to all hostages still in the grips of FARC rebels, as she recovered in Paris from her six-year ordeal, according to her sister.

Betancourt leaves hospital after medical check-up
PARIS (AFP) - Former Colombian presidential candidate Ingrid Betancourt on Saturday left a Paris hospital after medical tests which her sister said were "satisfactory" following her six years as a hostage of rebels in the jungle.
